Generalising a former result that had been given for factor systems, we show that any evolution which can be applied locally on a direct sum of factor systems and without producing superluminal signals must be linear, unitary, and respect the block decomposition of the system.","category":"research","comments":0,"disputed":false,"division":"physics","mentions":0,"discussed":0,"published":"2026-09-25","reactions":{}}
