It is currently the highest-mass bottom-strange state listed by the Particle Data Group (PDG). However, its spin-parity quantum numbers have not yet been experimentally determined, and its internal structure remains under debate. Although several quark-model interpretations have been proposed, including the $1^3D_1$ state and a member of the $1D(2^-,3^-)$ doublet, the possibility of a hadronic molecular structure for this state has not yet been systematically investigated.
