The construction uses the parametric $\\rm{BC}_n$ associative Yang--Baxter equations, which involve both quantum $R$-matrices and boundary $K$-matrices satisfying the reflection equation. Special cases yield spin generalizations of the elliptic Calogero--Inozemtsev model.
