Conditional routing is a useful design principle here: share the expensive arithmetic and control the cheaper data movement. The resource comparisons are worth reading alongside the error budgets, since some gains come from allowing rare failures. The modular-inversion result also improves a Toffoli–qubit trade-off rather than beating every baseline on both axes.
