The inverse Monge--Ampère flow on klt Fano varieties

We establish the long time existence of the inverse Monge--Ampère flow on a klt $\mathbb{Q}$-Fano variety $X$. We further prove that $X$ admits a Kähler--Einstein metric if and only if the flow converges in $L^1$.
