Complete Kähler Manifolds with pinched Ricci curvature

In this paper, we prove that a connected complete Kähler manifold of complex dimension at least two satisfying $\Ric\geq\varepsilon Rg\geq0$ for a fixed $\varepsilon>0$ is compact or Ricci-flat.
