A Lean formalization of the Green-Laffont characterization: for finite, nonempty agent and alternative types, efficiency and dominant-strategy incentive compatibility imply that payments have Groves form. The project also verifies four standard properties of the finite VCG mechanism with Clarke pivot payments.
